Bruce, Good to hear you got UPS to work. When you say "UPS does not like SQL instances" you mean named instances which are not the DEFAULT instance name? I had followed the steps in the Harbar article before. The CU update is worth a try even if the UPS needs to be reinstalled. Thanks, Jeff
