Set the Site Collections Warning Limits

You can configure your Site Collection to send a warning e-mail when Site storage reaches a specific size. If you want to send an e-mail when the Site storage reaches 300MB, you can type:

PS > Set-SPSiteAdministration -Identity http://SP01 `
>> -WarningSize 300MB
